Opulime – Refund and Returns Policy

At Opulime, we are dedicated to providing luxurious, high-quality clothing that makes every woman feel elegant and empowered. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange option to ensure that you find the perfect fit and style.
Please note that we do not offer full returns for purchased items. However, we are happy to provide exchanges or refunds in the form of store credit.
Note: Items purchased during sales or special promotions are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Exchange Eligibility
Our exchange policy applies to purchases made through Opulime‘s official channels. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.
- Request Timeframe: The exchange request must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Return Shipment Timeframe: Once approved, returned items must be shipped back to us within 7 days after approval.
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, with all original tags still attached, and in perfect condition (no stains, damage, or alterations).
- Exclusions: Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are also excluded from exchanges.
Exchange Criteria
Exchanges are allowed under the following circumstances:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives defective, damaged, or in a poor condition, you may request an exchange.
- Incorrect Size or Specifications: If the size, color, or design does not match what you ordered, or if the size doesn’t fit as expected.
- Product Doesn’t Match Description: If the item you received doesn’t match the description, images, or details provided on the website.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive a different product than what was ordered, exchanges can be made.
- Quality Issues: Products with defects that make them unwearable or unusable are eligible for exchange.
- Non-Wearable Product: If the product is damaged, torn, stained, or faded to the extent that it cannot be worn as intended.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

- Exchange Request: Your request should include:
- Proof of purchase or order number.
- A detailed explanation of why you are requesting an exchange.
- The size and color you’d like for the exchange.
- Review and Approval: Our customer support team will carefully review your request and get back to you within 48 hours.
- Return Instructions: If your exchange is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the item. You will be required to send the product to our designated warehouse, and shipping costs will be your responsibility.
- Exchanged Item Delivery: Once we receive the returned item, the exchange will be processed, and your new item will be shipped to you within 3-5 working days.
Please Note: We do not offer reverse logistics services, meaning it is your responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.
In the event of rejection, our customer support team will contact you with an explanation.

We reserve the right to modify or update this exchange policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
